　　对代理商的分销渠道进行调整, 提高竞争力及协调管理能力;

　　与新代理商完成合同条款, 签订合同;

　　协助代理商拓展市场, 达成销售指标;

　　参与产品的招投标;

　　对代理商和医院相关科室进行产品知识和销售技巧的培训;

　　与重点客户建立良好的长期合作关系;

　　制定明确的区域发展计划, 配合代理商确定重点推广产品和市场活动。
