Responsibilities\The Associate Manager will unlock insights that deliver solutions totackle hurdles to Powering Positive Growth by:\* Deeply understanding how PEPs different data sources (e.g., PepsiCoTasty Rewards consumer engagement program, Tasty Makers panel, 3P data,etc.) are structured and how they intertwine to provide a 360 view ofconsumers.\* Delivering addressable consumer data insights that allow forpersonalization at scale in digital media, including analysing that data(i.e. survey results) to provide nuanced insights to informcampaign/creative development.\* Creatively leveraging PEP data to unlock consumer insights usingPepsiCo Tasty Rewards and the Tasty Makers internal panel solution, andthereby address stakeholders problems to solve.\* Unlocking use cases for our current suite of consumer data tools thatallow for streamlining existing vendor contracts. This will requiretechnical understanding of PEP data resources as well as anunderstanding of how brand problems to solve are currently beingaddressed by external vendors.
Compensation and Benefits\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$81,000 - \$135,600 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting actual starting salary\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% ofannual salary paid out annually.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Healthand Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program(EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined ContributionRetirement Plan.
Qualifications\* Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred\* 4+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, consumer/shopperinsights, or category management\* Comfort querying data using SQL\* Understanding of how to leverage scaled data for insights, media, andmeasurement, including comfort working with technical teams\* Proactive self-starter, able to work independently\* Problem solver who is able to diagnose a problem and creatively worktoward a solution using one or more complex data sets\* Creative thinker who can bring innovation to analytical approach\* Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure\* Solid organizational and project management skills with the abilityto manage multiple projects at once, delivering strong, detailedexecution
