Come join the Inventory Replenishment team and bring your ability to quickly analyze, think and respond to the constantly evolving retail business needs!
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with external Walmart contacts toacquiresystem-generatedReplenishment,Launch,andProgramorders.
Where relevant, maintain Walmart system parameters that support successful replenishment.
Write SSOs (store-specific orders) on Walmart’s behalf, optimizing store deployment toimprovein stocks and minimize excess inventory.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and Distribution teams as needed to ensure that orders ship as planned.
Track item-level shipment execution vs. plan on a weekly basis, ensuringtransparencyto anybalancesrolling forward into the following week.
Ensure delivery of Walmart’s full shipment plan for each month, through consistent order execution, proactive identification of obstacles, andcreativeproblemsolving.
Report weekly to the organization on execution against Walmart’sReplenishment,Launch,andProgramshipment plans.
Identify and action opportunities for processimprovement.

WithinUSMarketOperations,theInventoryReplenishmentTeamis accountable for optimizing retail inventory flow and ownership. By engaging with the retailer’s operations team, and collaboratingwithinternalfunctionssuch as Supply Chain, Distribution, and Sales, the Associate Inventory Replenishment Manager drives shipments toimproveretail in stocks while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory at retail.
Inventory Replenishment is putting the right LEGO sets in the right place at the right time - ready for shoppers to purchase and brighten someone’s day!
Do you have what it takes ?
3+years’experiencein Inventory Replenishment, Operations, or a related field.
Provenabilityto establishpositiverelationshipsand collaborate with internal and external partners.
Results orientated.
Understanding of the retail supply chain (brick-and-mortar and online).
Strongattentiontodetail.
AdvancedMicrosoft Excel skills.
Verbal and writtenfluencyin English.
Preferred experience working with major US retailers.
Proficiencycreatingdashboarding with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus.

The current work location for this role is 501 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. In 2025, we will transition to our new permanent office location at 1001 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Specific move dates for roles are to be determined and communicated in 2024.
