　　Job Description

　　The individual selected to fill this position will be expected to support the genetic characterization of cell lines expressing therapeutic proteins.

　　Sample preparation of digests using enzymes like trypsin and chymotrypsin.Buffer/reagent prep and reconstitution of enzymes.Protein reduction and deglycosylation.Instrument upkeep- filling solvents, calibrating, and troubleshooting mass spectrometers.Acquiring the samples on the instruments and verifying data.Experimental troubleshooting.Laboratory inventory and organization.Qualifications

　　Must haves: mammalian cell culture, aseptic technique experience, experience with mass sepctrometersBS in Biotech or Cell Biology or other science related fieldAdditional Information

　　This position is Full-Time,Monday - Friday, 8a.m. - 5:00p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PAare encouraged to apply.
