　　职责描述

　　参与部门福利咨询项目，包括但不仅限于整体福利优化与设计、员工风险保障体系搭建、弹性福利体系设计与搭建等，为咨询项目提供专业支持

　　为企业整体福利解决方案的市场销售提供支持

　　承担客户与供应商日常的沟通工作，包括与保险、健康管理等供应商的沟通；协助项目经理完成重要客户汇报

　　协助进行市场研究，参与准备项目建议书，支持项目销售和市场活动；

　　与客户及内部工作团队建立良好稳固的合作关系，主动发动团队合作能力；

　　全面学习韦莱韬悦的工具与方法论，积极谋求个人成长与发展；

　　能够通过改善工作流程为客户团队带来工作质量和效率的提升，能够在完成项目的同时达到或超出期望；

　　遵守韦莱韬悦的职业准则。

　　任职要求

　　本科及以上学历，具有较强的数理统计、金融保险或人力资源相关教育背景；

　　具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，注重细节，对人力资源体系有一定熟悉度；

　　具有系统化逻辑思维能力和良好的书面展示能力，拥有专业性PPT制作经验者优先；

　　具备较好的多线程工作能力与时间管理能力，能够在紧凑的时间节点要求下把控各项并行工作，按照时间要求在预算内向客户交付高质量的工作成果；

　　富有主动精神，富有责任心，富有创造力，具备在变化环境中的快速适应能力。善于在学习和摸索中解决实际问题；

　　熟悉日常办公软件，如Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word等；

　　良好的口头和书面沟通能力，在与工作团队交流时自然，高效；

　　良好的中，英文双语能力；

　　可根据项目需要，前往客户公司工作。
