　　This critical team keeps track of in-flight projects, project closures, and pipelines of possible future initiatives, and supports future planning, whilst aligned to governance standards

　　About the Role

　　You will be entrusted with project administrative activities during planning, delivery, and implementation phases to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while ensuring governance compliance.

　　Responsibilities

　　· Supporting the PMO team of Project Managers and Directors.

　　· Keeping schedule of and reviewing business cases, change requests, closure reports, monthly reporting and other criticalities.

　　· Overseeing the governance process of approvals/changes and ensuring that compliance is adhered to.

　　· Documenting and process creation

　　· Planning and facilitating monthly PMO meetings including the creation of slide decks when needed for senior leadership, and stakeholders.

　　· Utilising financial information to track spend at portfolio/project level to prepare monthly reports.

　　· Working across divisions with other PMO Analysts to share best practices and support a continuous improvement culture to build a PMO Centre of Excellence.

　　· Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills.

　　· Have an inquisitive mindset to continuously learn.

　　· Able to show a propensity to be highly organized and detail oriented.

　　· Maintain a collaborative approach, who engages with stakeholders providing clarity and support clear communication.

　　· Demonstrate adeptness for content switching and multitasking on an ongoing basis.

　　· Able to demonstrate current MS Office proficiency, Power BI, and Atlassian knowledge (Confluence, Trello, Jira).
