　　Responsibilities

　　Making all blue-collar salaries in full and on time, ensuring HR Operations and in-market communication and all coordination, completing all salary controls and approval process. Complete and timely reporting of additional payment and deduction data related to blue collar salaries.

　　Checking the compliance of the payroll system with the monthly working hours on a weekly and monthly basis, directing the relevant users to correct incorrect entries in the system. Carrying out monthly closing procedures for the payroll process

　　Following the changes in the legislation on payroll, ensuring that the parameters in the SAP system are changed within the legal period. After the changes made, checking that the payrolls are working correctly and giving approval.

　　Managing the personnel files of the employees in accordance with the applicable legislation, the guidance of the legal department and the confidentiality procedure of the company and ensuring the archive organization

　　Ensuring that all legal processes and notifications for employee transactions are fulfilled

　　Follow-up of blue-collar mediation-return to work transactions, making or checking calculations, making payments, mediation stamp tax.
