Job Description:Churchill Asset Management is seeking an experienced structured finance and finance attorney to advise the Company with respect to the structuring, formation and documentation of CLOs, asset-backed loan facilities and various fund financing matters, with a particular focus on the middle market. The position reports directly to Churchill's head of Legal for funds and structured products, and will work closely with Churchill’s legal team with respect to the ongoing development and launch of new products. Responsibilities to include:Responsibilities:•Liaise with and oversee external counsel in the structuring, documentation and closing of financing arrangements, including ABLs, CLOs, CFOs, subscription facilities and other financing matters on public and private funds.•Collaborate with Churchill’s senior legal team and related business partners in the Product, Accounting, Operations, and Investor Relations teams in connection with the launch of new products and related financing arrangements.•Oversee and manage multiple external counsel on financing transactions and coordinate documentation and closing process internally.Qualifications:•JD Degree•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a law firm or asset manager working in structured finance and in private funds specializing in direct lending or private equity strategies.•Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exercise judgment, while collaborating with peers across multiple functional areas.•Technical knowledge and experience with CLOs and fund finance transactions (e.g., ABL and/or NAV facilities).•Experience with business development companies and Investment Company Act issues is a plus.Potential Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 USD Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary on internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
