　　Job Overview

　　We are currently looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

　　As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will:

　　Drive global processes to support monthly consolidation, financial reporting, competitor, and industry analysis, as well as a key partner of our Latin America business. In general, you will support financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives. Ensures all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Supports monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual audit, and budgeting processes.

　　Do you have these required qualifications?

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

　　At least one year of related experience, with progressively expanding duties in variety of accounting areas.

　　Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

　　Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

　　Do you have these preferred qualifications?

　　Experience with PowerBI, Python and Excel Macros.

　　Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

　　Strong interpersonal skills.

　　Good verbal and written communication skills.

　　Good organizational and collaborative skills.

　　Good accounting, analysis, problem solving, and data gathering skills.

　　Must be able to work under minimal supervision.

　　Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

　　PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
