  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bank of Luxemburg is hiring a full time RetailOperations Editor to work out of our Luxemburg office. This positionwill work 35-40 hours per week Monday - Friday. 1. Edits Deposit AccountRecords A. Ensures all deposit account opening and account maintenanceare performed in compliance with the new account policies and procedureson a daily basis. B. Review and edit file maintenance and correspondingpaperwork on deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes for accuracy.Confirms storage of proper documentation. C. Performs review of certaintransactions requiring additional processes for accuracy. Confirmsstorage of proper documentation. D. Tracks outstanding items for timelycompletion. Follow up as necessary to reduce outstanding items. E. Viewsand monitors reports for system activity; acknowledges reportcompletion. 2. Edits Customer Identification Program A. Monitors andreviews the Customer Identification Program (CIP) daily verificationinformation on the system and compiles and updates the trackingspreadsheets. B. Conducts follow-ups with employees regarding missing orincorrect CIP information. C. Tracks outstanding items for timelycompletion. Follow up as necessary to reduce outstanding items. D. Viewsand monitors reports for system activity; acknowledges reportcompletion. 3. Support Retail and Operations A. Assist with othermiscellaneous departmental duties, which includes various clean-upprojects and providing back-up for other roles. B. Assists with auditrequests including reports, research, questionnaires and responses.Makes necessary changes as needed. C. Investigates customer issues andprovides prompt follow through. D. Recommends updates to procedures orpolicies as it relates to regulatory compliance or identifiesopportunities for process improvement. E. Attends retail departmentmeetings or training as needed to stay current to changes in processes,procedures or policies. F. Assists with card fraud monitoring, researchand documentation. Communicate with employees and customers when needed.G. Assists the other departments as needed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two years banking or administrativeexperience or equivalent related experience required. Maintains a highlevel of knowledge of all products, services and systems. The ability towork independently or function in a team. Computer knowledge required.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs to include Word and Excel.Organizational and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work withall levels within the organization. Strong oral and writtencommunication skills required. Willingnessto assume responsibility andsolve problems. Must be detail orientated, organized and able to handlemultiple tasks.
