What you will do:
Drive market strategies by building and executing field programs focused on Sports Medicine products in key regional markets. Cultivate relationships and manage engagements with regional KOLs and serve as liaison between these physicians and the Business. Engage physicians and sales force with educational and peer-to-peer programs at the local and regional level, including all teaching institutions within the assigned geography (Residency and Fellowship).

Technical/Procedure Insight
Demonstrates technical and clinical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs including driving the agenda and content.
Customer Engagement
Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design and facilitate educational materials.
Program Design
Responsible for developing and managing customer-facing strategy, content and education programs.Execute educational programs that are n alignment with Segment Strategy and AMPs.Establish relationships, execute educational programs, and facilitate transition to practice for all teaching institutions.Conduct on-going evaluation of training programs including recommendations for improvement.Defines key learning objectives for training curriculum.
Collaborate with key stakeholders.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate cross-divisionally.Drive 3rd party contract negotiations.Coordinate program design and objectives with faculty.
Project Management
Owns the commercialization and execution of the overall medical education options offered by the division.
Training Delivery
Active role in education program management through on-site leadership and engaging with HCP & SYK customers and the sales force.Develop, facilitate and/or support in training for sales and/or Marketing employees.
Effectiveness Measurement
Analyzes metrics and appraises the effectiveness of education methods, costs, and results.Engage and query the key stakeholders to ensure appropriate educational program and budget utilization.
Strategic Vision
Be part of the creation of MedEd programs, strategy plan and vision, developed collaboration with marketing leaders to analyze business orientation and new product launch. Communicates short to mid-term portfolio strategy to MedEd to gain organizational alignment.
Budgets/P&L
Execute on initiatives while in alignment with allocated budget. Manage tracking before, during, and after events to ensure appropriate spend and payment to all involved parties.Research business related data and generates and interprets basic analytics.Recognizes methods for improving existing business performance.
KOL Management
Develop network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to support platform offerings and assists in developing communication strategy for target customer audience.Recommend and implement plans for medical education commercialization, voice of customer and onsite programs
Organizational Capabilities
Ability to allocate resources (including people) and optimize the value of MedEd programs aligned with business objectives.
Customer/Business Centric Development
Maintain awareness of developing trends in medical education and appropriately adjust program content and instructional design.Manage current educational resources and develop new tools/platforms for product training events and workshops to enhance quality of education and training.
Brand Stewardship
Cascade divisional/medical education branding and strategySupport and implement new Medical Education branding to drive excellence in our industry
Communication Planning
Create content and messaging in partnership with Marketing Communications and utilize most effective platform.Share input on Medical Education Communication strategy
What you need
Bachelor's degree required6+ years of work experience required3+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
$83,000 - $176,800 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
