The Dexcom Remote Sales Representative will be assigned adistrict/territory comprised of potential Health Care Professional (HCP)customers. This individual will be responsible for bringing awarenessabout CGM systems and promoting the use of Dexcom products by providingsupport services and solutions to HCPs. The Dexcom Sales Representativewill communicate with prospects using a suite of technologies including,but not limited to, telephone, SMS, Email, MarketingCloud journeys,video conferencing, etc.

You will support company initiatives within the district/territoryvirtually as well as in person to bring awareness to the benefits ofDexcom CGM to Healthcare Providers in your district. (HCP calls,programs, TBM support)You will provide education and training on Dexcom products torelevant HCPs in innovative waysYou will achieve quarterly sales goals and meet Key PerformanceIndicator Metrics as designated by your management teamYou will increase the Dexcom market share and hit district/territorytargets in line with company expectations by utilizing the servicesand support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcomvalues and cultureYou will utilize company CRM to identify business developmentopportunities, track activities, and configure digital face-to-facepresentationsIt is preferred that you are experienced using a CRM tool in themedical device or pharmaceutical industry, and have a passion forhelping those with diabetes.You must live within the District\'s territory defined in the jobtitle to be able to attend meetings, events, or developmentopportunitiesWhat makes you successful:

You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Dexcom customerand diabetes industry, market conditions and trends, healthcareregulations, and competitor activitiesYou will maintain an understanding of all the Dexcom customer types,segments, and the patient\'s experience (including unmet needs,drivers, and barriers)You will attend industry trade shows and events to promote Dexcomproducts and services - some travel may be requiredYou will partner closely with sales management and professionals atDexcom to create and follow a cohesive cust mer engagement planTherapy Area and Product Knowledge
You will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Dexcom productknowledge and a thorough understanding of diabetes. Undertake andregularly pass clinical and product knowledge assessmentsYou will implement sales and marketing initiatives throughout thecustomer base according to company priorities/strategy and customerneeds, including the launching of new products and servicesYou will differentiate between Dexcom products, services, andapplications against competitor brands and product linesBusiness Planning and Administration
