The Role
This position offers remote flexibility, encouraging qualified applicants from around the world to apply. Successful candidate will be working from their base location.
The role is to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy that ensure all risks in the Asset Management environment are identified, assessed, and appropriately mitigated within Kyndryl’s risk appetite to meet Kyndryl’s strategic outcomes.
Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the business environment and associated risks.
Design and maintain risk monitoring systems to track key risk indicators, promptly identifying emerging risks and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to assess the impact of potential risks and formulate effective risk mitigation plans.
Develop and deliver training to Asset Management teams on risk management practices and help foster a risk-aware culture.
Prepare and deliver regular risk reports to senior management highlighting key risk exposures, mitigation actions and recommendations for improvements.
Engage with other key Kyndryl stakeholders – Internal Audit, Business Controls and other related functions – to ensure alignment and use of best practice.

Who You Are
Extensive experience with Risk Assessment frameworks such as COSO or IAF.
Understands the company's operations, risks and specific issues to be evaluated.
Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations (eg Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)).
Experience with auditing and reporting procedures
Ability to independently examine the financial and non-financial aspects of the firm.
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred skills:
Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
ServiceNow basic knowledge
Finance and Accounting
Asset Management experience
Understanding of Kyndryl’s internal audit
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 - $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan
