Paid relocation is not available.What you'll doIn this role within the AlixPartners Information Technology - Infrastructure Applications team, the Infrastructure Applications Senior Engineer will provide software and hardware problem incident resolution for issues escalated from the Service Desk and other IT teams, communicating these technical solutions in a customer-friendly, professional manner.The Infrastructure Applications Senior Engineer is a full-time role reporting to the Infrastructure Applications Manager.Perform daily systems management and tuning, including maintenance and trend analysis of the data center infrastructure.Provide day-to-day technical, administrative, and functional support for the various infrastructure systems.Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of System Center, Microsoft 365, Intune, Proofpoint, Microsoft Exchange.Participate in the configuration and setup of technology resources.Provide efficient communication, documentation, and training of our solutions to necessary parties.Deliver elevated IT support to different teams for all supported Enterprise Applications ServicesShare responsibilities for implementation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of Enterprise Applications.Identify areas of improvement regarding end-user experience from a design standpoint.Additional responsibilities as identified.
