As a Senior Instructional Designer, you'll craft innovative, interactive training programs that empower our employees to excel. What are we looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.

Five (5) years of professional, corporate experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs using multiple delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia-enhanced), required.

Experience creating technical training programs is preferred.

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, required.

Demonstrated experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs) to guide the development of structured training, required.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, required.

Proficiency in incorporating multimedia assets (e.g., audio, video, graphics) to enhance learning content, required.

Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
