  We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, IWM Portfolio Manager to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PAand is eligible for flexible work arrangement.Description:Implements investment strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies/philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.Works with research, strategy team members and other members of the portfolio teams, but also a liaison with other internal departments, Senior Portfolio Managers, and global analystsIndependently implement investment strategies for funds/strategies such as cash and/or index consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies/philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.Evaluate the performance of investments, and make timley changes to a portfolio to meet investment objectives or allocation guidelines.Meet with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategy, discuss performance, and review current market conditions.Monitor compliance with investment guidelines and objectives.Provide attribution analysis for tracking error.No direct reports.Mid level portfolio management working with moderate direction from senior portfolio management.Contributes to team/firm profitability by assuring retention and expansion of existing client relationships by contributing to superior investment performance and client services.In some regions, may serve as the primary interface for jurisdictional/regulatory matters and may have entity governance responsibilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Advanced/graduate degree preferred.3-5 years of investment experience preferred or over 2 years of investment experience preferred for MBAs or CFAs.Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.As global firm, bi-lingual capabilities are helpful as is an understanding of local/cultural nuances important for client trust
