Description

　　NO BILLABLE HOURS! Our client, a personal injury and business litigation law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a full-time permanent Associate Attorney (Plaintiff General Litigation) to join their team. This role will be primarily engaged in general litigation activities for all practice groups supporting:

　　· State and federal court cases

　　· Case investigation, discovery, client development, etc.

　　· High-level discovery in complex mass-tort MDL litigation and class actions

　　· Pre-litigation and litigation cases

　　· Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, demands, motions and memorandum of law

　　· Development of case theories and reports with case-specific experts

　　· Maintaining client relationships

　　· Legal research (Westlaw)

　　Requirements

　　· Plaintiff’s trial litigation experience

　　· 3-5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm, civil defense firm, or similar

　　· GA licensed attorney

　　· Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

　　· Demonstrable trial experience in state and federal court
