　　Major responsibilities

　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

　　Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side

　　Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department Requirements - Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　Command of Personal Injury Law

　　Civil Litigation Experience experience

　　Draft Motions experience highly desired

　　Arguing Motions experience preferred

　　Deep understanding of Discovery

　　Proven knowledge of Defending Depositions

　　General familiarity with legal research

　　Practical knowledge of Licensed Attorney

　　Well-founded grasp of Depositions

　　Stellar academic credentials and references

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

　　Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
