　　Linux Architect

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration, architecture, and design. The Linux architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Linux-based systems. They will work closely with other members of the IT team and key business members to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively.

　　Responsibilities

　　Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems.

　　Standardize, maintain and deploy Linux OS images and software packages.

　　Ensure that systems are secure and reliable.

　　Increase efficiency within the I.T. department through designing, streamlining and automating processes.

　　Develop and maintain configuration management solutions.

　　Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.

　　Monitor and tune performance to ensure high availability of Linux-based systems.

　　Work with members of IT, Project Management Organizations, and business leadership to architect IT solutions that meet business requirements.

　　Evaluate new technologies and trends in order to make recommendation on how they can be implemented to positively impact the company.

　　Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

　　System configuration and troubleshooting.

　　Disaster recovery design and planning.

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant certifications.

　　8+ years of experience in Linux administration.

　　Proven experience as a Linux architect\engineer or similar role.

　　In-depth knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat, ect) and architecture.

　　Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments.

　　Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.

　　Preferred:

　　Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure.

　　Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.

　　Experience in supporting Linux servers running Oracle and SAP.

　　Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

　　Proficient in English both written and spoken.
