Description

　　Robert Half Legal has partnered with a world renown IP firm in search for a Patent Litigation Attorney for their San Diego office. The firm has 350+ attorneys and 14 offices across the world. The role is very flexible when it comes to working from home as you will only need to go into the office for special meetings and projects. Please find more details on the role below:

　　Strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, material science, or closely related field.

　　2+ years of patent litigation experience.

　　Have active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.

　　Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

　　You thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.

　　You enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.

　　You are enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships

　　Requirements

　　2-3 years in patent litigation

　　Hard science background

　　Strong writing skills

　　Local to Southern California

　　Drive to want to work in technology and focus in patent litigation
