Job Description

Come onboard and lead our best in class retail stores for the LEGO Group and help to reach millions of children through fun, collaboration and innovation!
Core Responsibilities
Lead & develop Shopper marketing campaigns in Hong Kong to win all local market-wide and customer occasions to generate brand/product demand to improve brand awareness & sales opportunities, e.g. LNY, Anniversary Sales, X’mas, etc.
Lead and develop Hong Kong’s trade & retail promotion, assortment strategy to support Channel strategy with sales team for Hong Kong market to grow recruitment and draw traffic to our LEGO Branded Channels and toy retail partners.
Develop and deliver outstanding in store experience for local retail stores, incl. shop opening, promoter activation, instore POP & visual merchandizing, in-store building activations.
Collaborate by sharing timely feedback of local retail dynamics and shopper behaviour to contribute into regional trade development.
Bridge local sales and marketing teams on channel decision, shopper promotion and support.
Innovate retail together with APAC regional team to provide the continuous new and innovative retail experience to local shoppers.
Identify and win partnerships (eg. Retail partners, Movie partners, Global partnership, etc) to generate wider retail opportunities and increase shopper exposure.
Play your part in our team succeeding
In this role, you will play a key role in the HKTW BU marketing team and lead the Trade/Retail marketing in Hong Kong. The BU marketing team is divided into 4 functional teams, Brand, Digital, Trade Marketing and PR/Events. You will report to the Marketing Director (HK/TW/MO).
We need a creative and committed professional who loves our Brand to lead the Retail and Shopper agenda with clear contributions to the overall business growth. BU HKTW team is highly collaborative, dynamic and energetic. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues that live the LEGO Group values & behaviours.

Do you have what it takes?
Marketing experience in trade and retail marketing preferably from FMCG/ Fashion/ Luxury/ Electronics or retail brands.
Strong local retail knowledge and capable to transform shopper insights to actual retail campaign and activation.
Championing retail promotion effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning attitude, strong analytical and evaluation skills and ability to turn findings into action.
Focusing on retail trends with the ability to translate trends into actual retail innovations. Ability to think ahead, test and learn with new opportunities together with retail partners.
Relationship builder and collaborator with a strong ability to influence, gain trust quickly.
Track record of designing and rolling out innovative projects in retail environment.
Strong business sense and commercially driven.
Strong communication skills in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin language to provide the best retail solution to retail partner.
