Actalent is seeking an APM! You must have experience working for a GC.

　　Description:

　　This individuals responsibilities will include the following:

　　-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

　　-Manage projects from bid to award to completion (ranging from $100k-$10M)

　　-Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents

　　-Manage the RFI and submittal process

　　-Create project schedules

　　-Bid new projects, scope reviews, coordinate with subcontractors for project estimates

　　-change order reviews, processing and negotiating

　　-Budget creation and tracking

　　-Marketing and business development

　　-Managing 2-3+ projects at a time

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2-5 years of assistant project management experience in General contracting

　　Commercial interior construction experience with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, know how to bid jobs, ability to manage 2-3 projects at a time (1 main project while closing one and bidding one or two)

　　Experience working on both interiors projects & new construction - They have an exciting & diverse project portfolio - so folks who are adaptable are critical
