In this pivotal role, you will assist with all aspects of cross-channel digital media, ensuring successful achievement of all KPIs in our region (Latin American & Caribbean). This includes new customer acquisition, conversion and retention for all digital channels (web and mobile apps). You will be part of a team that supports product and marketing groups and is counted on to drive digital marketing efforts that result in Western Union's continued growth in the space.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for paid media across offline and online channels that include search, display, and paid social efforts.
Responsible for supporting and managing initial planning, implementation, execution, monitoring, optimization, and analysis.
Drive key business requirements for the digital business segments across channels; requires ability to analyze data, read reporting, recommend changes and optimizations as required based on ongoing monitoring of performance.
Work closely with our digital marketing agencies to design plans for different LACA countries, outline objectives, implement testing, report, and hit key KPIs for each of the business deliverables, as outlined in the plans.
Identify and investigate new opportunities and areas for channel growth/expansion to improve current marketing efforts, ensuring strategies fit within the overall marketing plans.
Maintain positive working relationship with agencies/vendors while clearly communicating the value of overall media, both internally, and externally.
Must be able to work well across multiple departments within the organization including brand, creative, product, legal, and global marketing to identify key requirements and leverage assets that will assist in driving growth.
Develop creative briefs and write ad copy, managing creative process from brief to completion, including legal review and internal approvals and sign offs.
Manage LACA Digital media budgeting and budget forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, being able to communicate it to the global team. Manages PO/invoicing process and aligns to business goals.
Manage our local Social Page and all related themes, in partnership with a local agency and internal teams.
Partner with Global Communication team in PR activities with a local agency support.
The candidate will be counted on to be the expert in utilizing and driving digital marketing efforts that result in Western Union's continued success in growing paid media programs.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
3-5 years of digital marketing experience specific to paid search, paid social, display/video, or other digital channels including programmatic and digital out-of-home.
Digital advertising industry experience with an advertiser, agency, or publisher, or performing these tasks at financial companies.
Experience with advertising tools including SA360, Google AdWords, Partnerize, mParticle, or Kochava.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and run multiple campaigns through different phases of execution.
A strong desire to learn.
Availability to travel.
Spanish native speaker and professional proficiency in English is required.
