We are looking to hire for the role of Digital Growth Manager, Lakme, based in Mumbai HO Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C growth strategy that aligns with Lakmé's overall business objectives.Campaign development and execution: Lead digital marketing campaigns - strategizing and deployment with agency ecosystem and internal stakeholders, across various media channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to drive traffic and conversions on our website.P&L Management: Oversee the D2C marketing and operational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and improve the online shopping experience. Engage with tech teams to review and improve conversions and other key retention metrics. Systemize ready-to-consumer reporting on metrics that matterProduct Launches: Collaborate with the wider brand teams to effectively launch new products through our D2C channel.User Experience Optimization: Work closely with the web development team to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase average order value. Work closely with teams to ensure hygiene around content and master data with respective stakeholdersInnovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and using D2C as conduit for landing superlative omni consumer experiences and push to continuously innovate and improve our D2C channel.Key Skills & Requirement: Master's/Postgraduate with 3+ years in marketing/ digital, with at least a year across eCommerce/D2C brands, Social Commerce & FMCG industry.Proven track record of growing online businesses and managing digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent leadership and team & stakeholder abilitiesUnderstanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry and its consumersExcellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.Strong Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
