Description: Supports production operations performing high temperature carbon composite fabrication. Responsible for the operation of high temp furnaces devoted to composite products utilized in aerospace/defense research and development projects. Monitors and operates high temp reactors and densification furnaces, utilizes process controls, materials, and supplies. Responsible for characterization of carbon composite parts during processing.

　　Ability to lift, pull, push heavy equipment using proper lifting techniques and lift aides.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education and 3 Years of experience.

　　Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and processing recipes

　　Experience using hand/power tools like impact wrenches, pneumatic and power drills, etc.

　　Experience with composites fabrication

　　Desired Skills:

　　Experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.

　　Familiarity with troubleshooting and data analysis.

　　Ability to perform routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established.

　　Ability to perform basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly/test, computer operations, etc

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $39,500 - $75,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

　　The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $45,500 - $82,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
