The Student Intake Specialist has the responsibility of reviewing applications to ensure applicants qualify for admission and that student records are accurate in our system. This position has the responsibility of collecting information about new or returning students to ensure admissions files are completed in a timely manner with all transfer transcripts.

New hire training will encompass 1-2 full weeks of training held virtually via Zoom.

Here’s a taste of how you’ll make your mark as a Student Intake Specialist with us.

As a Student Intake Specialist, a typical week might include the following:

Understand and apply the University partner’s admission requirements accurately to all student applications and programs of study, ensuring compliance with Department of Education guidelines.

Complete all necessary process steps in reviewing applications and following up on transcripts in accordance with the university partner’s workflow, policies, and requirements.

Review all applications in accordance with applicable deadlines.

Quality review of documentation to ensure program requirements are met, documents are legible, and file is complete.

Transfer transcript request forms on behalf of applicant same day as application processing.

The role might be right for you if you have:

High school diploma, or equivalent required.

A minimum of 1-year work experience in a business environment.

Must pass pre-employment background investigation.

MS Office Suite

FERPA

Starting salary is $38,000 per year.
