About Assistant Floral Mgr. (FT)-Fargo/Moorhead

　　Seeking a full-time Assist. Floral Managerat our Gateway West location.

　　As the Floral Department Assistant Manager, you will assist the Floral Department Manager in allaspect of floral department operations. You will be responsible for providing continuous deliveryof exceptional guest service, providing outstanding leadership to floral staff, and ensuring superiorquality and freshness of products. Other duties include Answering phones and takes special orders.training new employees, educates and assists guests at the counter, attracting guests by creating afun and friendly atmosphere; actively engaging guests through suggestive selling; ensuring displaycases are fully stocked with product and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
