　　Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Network Operations Section Lead who can perform lead the network operation support. Ensures operational plan is maintained and followed. Must have in-depth knowledge of network topology and OSI model. Provides guidance for supporting network maintenance and troubleshooting and corrects technical issues. Performs as the technical expert for network design and development.

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of network operators.

　　Overseeing the network operations.

　　Setting and meeting production goals.

　　Adhering to deadlines from clients.

　　Support the team through updating and writing SOPs and Documentation via technical and non-technical writing.

　　Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes for delivery to the attendees.

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　Possess five or more years' experience in IT data center operations. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

　　Hold a current DOD 8570.01M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 certification.

　　Possess one or more of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or

　　Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or

　　Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer (MCSE): Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or

　　VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
