　　Responsibilities

　　Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.Ensure guests are receiving timely and exception service by:Courteously assisting guests by answering any questions they may have;Assisting guests in and out of their vehicle;Driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and professionalmanner; andHaving a thorough knowledge of all areas of the valet operation, majorstreets, landmarks and freeways in the area.Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, whileensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge ofvehicle operations.Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oilspills, etc.Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Companypolicy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.Review damage claims.Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.Substitute for any position, if necessary.Complete other duties as needed.Qualifications

　　Salary Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per h ur (+ tips)This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
