Description:

　　Works in a team environment in a controlled setting cutting kits using an automated cutting machine, under the direction of a Lead or Supervisor. Helps maintain control records, data screens, and exposure of materials.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Learns and cuts kits daily for value streams.

　　Learns and digitizes and creates patterns.

　　Learns and tracks, organizes control records, data screens, and exposure hours and expiration dates of materials.

　　Learns and makes, prints and copies control records and data screens.

　　Learns and operates and maintains Kit Cut Machine in a cleanly manner.

　　Learns and verifies kit accuracy.

　　Observes safety procedures.

　　Has Regular attendance and arrives on time daily

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Ability to use a computer.

　　Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

　　Ability to work both as a team player and individually.

　　Ability to work safely in a production environment.

　　Conditions of Employment:

　　Employee will need to pass a physical and drug screen.

　　Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required by supervision.

　　Continuous standing.

　　Occasionally exposed to chemicals. MEK and / or Alcohol less than 10% of time.

　　Occasionally lift up to 40lbs. Objects weighing over 40lbs employee must seek assistance.

　　Dress to appropriate safety standards, including: safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and hair nets.
