Description:
These positions are open due to an influx in business, that is creating additional work. Some of the positions will be supporting a team that's going to be training on a new database. The right candidates will be supporting the normal day to day work while the team is training on the new system. Good news is that this line of business is growing rapidly.
This is blend of completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors who are submitting the applications for Annuity products.
No Customer contact but you will be expected to speak with Financial Advisors that will communicate with customers.
Most of the communication is through email and a couple of phone calls, if customer/client prefers. Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners.
Typical Day - processing and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day would be as much as 100. These easier tasks would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 50 daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery.
Department Info - New Business Annuity (Variable and Fixed).
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma
2+ years of recent professional corporate experience
Prefer College Graduate and Financial Services experience
Call Center experience would work as well.
Work Environment
Professional office setting. Cafeteria, workout center, free parking, bus line accessible. Dress is business casual.
Monday through Friday - 7am to 4pm core hours. We can be flexible here, but a set schedule is required after training.
ONSITE for training 4 weeks are first shift, 8:30am to 4pm.
