My client is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join as an Assistant Controller for their rapidly growing company. You will be working directly with the controller and CFO as well as operational leadership. You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as communicate progress updates effectively. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversee and manage financial accounting activities.

　　Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

　　Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

　　Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple projects.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

　　4+ years of progressive accounting experience

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　MBA, CPA or public accounting experience a plus

　　Willingness to work in-office and collaborate with on-site project teams.

　　Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
