Hornbacher's is seeking full-time Assistant Bakery Manager at our downtown Gateway West location.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To ensure efficient operation of bakery front-end. To contribute toward ensuring a positive
shopping environment for customers. Emphasis in this position is on ensuring adequate service
levels to customer and supervising wrapping and stocking activity. Position is responsible for
ongoing front-end organization, execution and evaluation to ensure efficiency and positive
relations. Collaborates with Bakery Manager concerning scheduling needs, display planning
and ongoing front-end status. Position requires ability to provide employee training,
development and work direction in a supportive and consistent manner.
