  Position Overview:

  This role is a member of the Financial Systems team. The Financial Systems team is responsible for ensuring that core finance operational processes, including project revenue recognition and invoicing, are designed with effective controls, efficient transaction processing, and leveraging the automation capabilities of Workday Financials.

  The VP, Financial Business Systems will manage the implementation, enhancements and ongoing support of the Workday Projects module including staff planning, tracking management to support automated revenue recognition and invoicing.

  Essential Job Functions:

  Lead Workday implementation as the product owner for end-to-end operational and financial business process related to Project Billing

  Manage the ongoing enhancements and support of Project Billing for SitusAMC’s global deployment of Workday

  Partner with stakeholders including process owners, operations teams, business unit controllers and shared services team members to define, enhance and document business processes

  Identify opportunities to leverage the native capabilities of Workday Projects to improve productivity, financial analysis and enforce critical financial controls

  Ensure users have the training and support they need to be productive when using Workday Projects by building out training materials, plans and approach

  Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis support to pinpoint system issues and develop actions plans to resolve

  Develop and align with stakeholders on a prioritized roadmap of improvements based on measurable business outcomes

  Coordinate with external partners (vendors, processors, and consultants), as needed, to support and enhance financial business processes on an ongoing basis

  Prepare effective presentation materials, as needed, for all levels of stakeholders

  Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

  Qualifications/ Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with emphasis in accounting from accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience

  7+ years preferred experience implementing and/or supporting Workday Finance with extensive experience with Workday Projects module

  Process analysis skills including ability to document, assess and drive enhancements to financial business processes

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels

  Experience working as part of a distributed, remote team with international work groups (India, Europe, and US)

  Previous experience in public accounting is valued

  Strong systems technical expertise using financial reporting tools (Excel, OneStream/Hyperion, etc.). to develop custom reports and perform data validation

  The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($95,000 - $170,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
