Genesis10 is seeking a Software Developer for a contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: This is a development role for the application RSA Archer. The resource must have an understanding in determining how to best solution the design of the application. Resource must also understand EGRC Enterprise Governance Risk and compliance and have the ability to understand risk and best practices/process and architecture. This role/team is not looking for an Archer Admin. Technical ability is required. The top 4 REQUIRED skills for this role are technical archer experience, EGRC knowledge, Analytical skills and relationship management. Non-technical skills required for this role are excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and problem solving. You must be a team player, however, also be self-driven. Resource must have Business analysis experience, i.e., understanding and having worked with business partners to understand business process and understand what the requirements are to be able to build the system. Understanding what is needed and what is a "nice to have. You must have the ability to see the big picture. The resource must be engaging and smart, capable; not siloed Must be able to take initiative, even if it is not theirs to do. Key Responsibilities: Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents to customize software to meet application requirements. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Analyzes systems specifications and designs, develops, modifies, and installs highly complex and customized software. Actively participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve problems. Recognize and solve inconsistencies in the detailed technical specifications and propose changes. Team player that develops high level design for solutions. Develops artifacts to be used be used in downstream SDLC phases. Leads technical resources during the Detailed Design and Development phase, leading the team from design to solution deployment. Coordinates technical aspects of deployment, including hardware environments, certification, and software deployment. Required Basic Qualifications: Expertise in eGRC methodologies Archer On Prem design and configuration experience (3 years) Development experience in Advanced Workflow and Data Driven Events in Archer 6.4 or above version Expertise in creating and maintaining data feeds Create and/or develop On-Demand-Applications and Out-of-the box applications. Access management experience Preferred: Service Now or other eGRC tool experience Integration experience SQL Scripting experience Agile experience Other Technology, specific applications that are helpful for the resource to have experience with Nice to have is ServiceNow. In addition, Integration experience as well as SQL Scripting experience What has the ideal candidate done in the past? Analyst, Architect, Software Engineer.
