　　THE OPPORTUNITY:

　　HUB's Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be among some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

　　Our Assistant Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process Handle general Certificate of Insurancerequests: issuing Certificates of Insurance which may include AI special wordingAttach AI, WOS, Airport-Vehicle list to the CertificatesSend copy to Insured and send copy to Cert Holder Issuing the Certificate in Epic Send update request 90 days or less and put in Shared file Help put together the documents for the customer policy book/policy reference handbook Attach Endorsements & Policies in Epic Salary

　　The expected salary range for this position is $16.15/hour - $26.91/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget, as well as the specific positions business lines, complexity, scope and level.
