The candidate primarily will assist the Head of Claims in the managing and timely delivery of WTW CRB claim services.
The Role
Support the Head of Claims in the day-to-day management and handling of CRB motor and non-motor claims.
Complement and contribute to the expanding expertise and experience of the CRB Claims Department
Help expand the claim handling capabilities of CRB Philippines in ensuring consistent delivery of claim services in meeting clients' expectations and timely settlements.
Support the Head of Claims in providing internal assistance and claims statistical data within CRB Philippines as required by the business
Liaise in the day-to-day coordination, meetings, and discussions with various claim stakeholders e.g. CRB account officers, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Insureds, insurance companies, loss adjusters, etc.
Undertake assigned tasks as necessary and as required from the claims department by the business and/or clients (e.g. Creation and maintenance of the CRB Claims Database Registry, Claim Documents Depository, Client Claims Bordereau, Insurers Claims Directory, Adjusters and Surveyors Directory, etc.)

Preferably with at least 2 years of non-life claims handling experience from an insurance or brokerage company
