JEVS is seeking an intern to work with our Workforce Advisors and Instructional staff.
This posoition is hybrid and will be unpaid.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to prevent escalation to avoid crisis situations or to neutralize crises in progress
Provide resource coordination for clients that are in need of services.
Provide excellent, prompt, and staff assisted customer service to customers referred to and served by the program
Outreach calls to EARN customers
Perform intern-level case management and administrative work assigned by the department
Skills & Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a college program
