Job Description Thisposition will be responsible for providing a high level of projectsupport for LFS contracts including the start-up of new Asset Managementand Reliability contracts, the support of existing contracts, trainingof field employees, quality reviews, inventory / process analysis andsupporting the sales organization on new pursuits. Your Responsibilities: Day to daysupport of software tools, ongoing strategic direction for the evolutionof the various product lines and managing project budgets associatedwith the product tools and services deliverables. Development of acompetitive advantage for Rockwell Automation by enhancing variousdeliverables to customers. Provide Subject Matter Expertise duringImplementation of inventory management techniques and best practices forthe management of the customer\'s maintenance and repair operations.Integration of supported practices working within customers systems thatenable the tracking of repairable inventory and apply associatedwarranty programs. Support and Develop Standard Operating Proceduresdetailing process flow and operational requirements for day-to-dayactivities in the execution of the RAAMP maintenance and repairoperations. Develop relationships with the customer and key decisionmakers to identify the key performance indicators and create value-addreporting that will assist in the customer and account development forcontinuous improvements.
