　　Payrate: $23.00 - $28.00 an hour, depending on experience

　　Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am, occasional overtime on Fridays.

　　What’s a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You’ll be:

　　• Operating a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and disassemble products

　　• Performing basic and advanced assembly and disassembly operations

　　• Identifying and categorizing wear patterns of parts

　　• Ensuring conformance to quality specifications using blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices, and other equipment

　　• Assisting in the development of new assembly and disassembly procedures

　　• Using precision measuring devices to effectively assemble and/or disassemble final products

　　• Training other technicians in various assembly and disassembly operations

　　• Assisting the lead person in their absence

　　• Performing preventive maintenance as required

　　• Performing 5S Audits

　　• Performing Safety Stop Audits observations as required

　　• Participating in the CI/PID Process

　　• Supporting cross-training and various areas of the shop

　　• Performing other duties as assigned

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

　　• Have 2 - 4 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing or mechanic environment preferred

　　• Possess the ability to deal with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

　　• Have effective oral and written communication skills

　　• Have effective decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills

　　• Are highly motivated and a self-starter
