Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in the Wolfeboro, NH area in search of Assemblers and Entry-Level Machine Operators on 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd Shifts! These roles are temp-to-hire with competitive pay rates and OT offered.

　　Schedules / Rates:

　　1 st Shift - 7:00AM - 3:30PM - $18/HR

　　2 nd Shift - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $20/HR

　　3 rd Shift - 11:00PM - 7:30PM - $21/HR

　　Duties and Responsibilities of both Roles:

　　Responsible for operating one or more Machines per shift, including operating manual Machines within quoted cycle times.

　　Responsible for adhering to production schedule.

　　Responsible for creating labels for each job and run production.

　　Complete sign in sheet at the start of every shift or after starting a new job.

　　Calibrate and use scale to weigh parts.

　　Providing finished skids of product to shipping department for final preparation.

　　Maintains an open line of communication to assure all problems and changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.

　　Perform rework as necessary.

　　Operate machines as assigned and assist co-workers at other workstations as needed.

　　Complete and pass all required training.

　　Work with co-workers and lead to ensure material inventories are maintained for uninterrupted operation.

　　Follow all work instructions and quality control documentation.

　　As requested, assist other team members in cross-training and conduct on the job training of other associates

　　Perform any secondary processes.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Education and experience required for the role.

　　High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

　　Experience working in injection molding or manufacturing, preferred.

　　Knowledge of computers and scanning equipment, preferred.

　　Must be punctual and dependable.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Ability to understand written and verbal communication.

　　Ability to work independently.

　　Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
