　　System is in place and client needs a part time remote consultant to advise and make changes to Concur

　　Proposed Scope:

　　Area under the cost center: Ensuring the proper setup and alignment with project accounting area, including project numbers/codes (built-in functionality).

　　Pre-approval for travel before bookings: Implementing a system for pre-approval processes to streamline travel bookings.

　　Approval Limits by role level: Setting up and defining approval limits based on the role levels within our organization.

　　Audit functionality setup: Establishing audit functionalities with limits for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner expenses to align with our company policy.

　　Expense category definition: Clearly defining and categorizing each expense type within SAP Concur.

　　Update Travel Policy: Assisting in updating and aligning the Travel Policy within SAP Concur.

　　Feedback from ELT on changes to Concur/T& E Policy: Facilitating feedback sessions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) regarding any changes to the Concur and Travel & Expense Policy.
