•Attend team agile ceremonies and lead discussions around test case scenarios and ensure proper coverage;•Support in-depth exploratory testing to provide coverage of non-automated scenarios as needed utilizing Oracle, Mongo, Postman, and Splunk;•Utilize experience in different types of testing such as Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, UAT and Performance Testing to lead test plan reviews;•Apply strong understanding of business workflows to test case scenario creation utilizing JIRA, Miro Confluence, and PXT;•Articulate and effectively communicate software testing issues, expected long and short term impacts and possible resolution alternatives in order to ensure test planning schedules are met;•Ensure testing gaps are mitigated utilizing JIRA, AppDynamics, PXT, TAF, and Miro;•Facilitate and support UAT and E2E testing activities; and•Assist in major incident triage and troubleshooting utilizing JIRA, Request IT, Oracle, Splunk, and Miro.Position requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, plus five years of experience in a software testing role.
