　　Asphalt / Concrete Laborer

　　We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking laborer to join our construction team in order to assist in the placing of asphalt and/or concrete for roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.

　　Candidate should be detail oriented and display team spirit. The responsibilities of an Asphalt/Concrete Laborer include, but are not limited to, jackhammering, sweeping, shoveling, raking, compacting, use of a demo saw, and cleaning. Candidate should be physically fit and be able to work long hours in all weather conditions, possible weekend work, holiday, or night work may be required.

　　Asphalt/Concrete Laborer Responsibilities:

　　Offloading the service truck and gathering tools for the dayTransporting rakes, lutes, shovels, etc. to the work zoneSweeping and cleaning all areas of workShoveling of material as neededMaintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the dayPerform other duties as assignedAsphalt/Concrete Laborer Requirements:

　　Ability to work as part of a teamReliable transportation to and from workAbility to stand for extended hours of timeExcellent communication and observation skillsFamiliar with use of power and hand toolsAbility to follow directionsMust have a strong work ethicWork Schedule

　　Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 3:30pmOccasional Weekend/Night work available based on projectsMost work done in the peak construction season of Spring thru FallOvertime available and based on project schedule or needsCompensation

　　Paid weekly$20.00 to $34.00 per hour based on experience and abilityBenefits
