Job Summary
This role is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned branch(es). They staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. They work closely with Branch Managers to ensure tight collaboration between sales and operations and to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. In addition, they establish sales plans and strategies to help expand the customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for Field Sales Colleagues.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, train, & performance manage sales reps in coordination with Sales ExcellenceDrive collaboration between Sales and Operations within their branch(es), with the support of the Branch Managers to align goals and drive performanceWork in field multiple days per week to ensure all Field Sales Colleagues understand how to conduct an effective sales callLead weekly sales meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics; train Ops colleagues on consistent "sales " processesProvide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territoryFacilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with all Field Sales Colleagues to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity performanceEnsure that all Field Sales Colleagues meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targetsSet a strong example for Field Sales Colleagues in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habitsMonitor progress against Branch revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Branch Managers for APITDA realizationServe as steward of Rentokil and Terminix business model to ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence at the branch level
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBusiness operations experienceSkill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetingsSkill in written and verbal communications, including public speakingSkill in organisation and time management - ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple project coordinators, leads and/or managers at one timeSkill in group presentations and meeting managementSkill in providing clear and concise feedbackAttention to detail and analytical skillsMaintains relevant licences as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest control and any other business unit products and servicesMaintains a valid driver's licenceSkill with GSuite applications (Docs, Sheets, GMail, Slides) or Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.Position may require frequent overnight travel
