Shine Bright.We are looking for our next great team member to join us as Area ManagingDirector with the Hilton Denver Inverness and Homewood Suites teams. We arecommitted to providing you with:Excellent compensation package with a salary range between $205,000 - $220,000Operational incentive plan eligibilityAn exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates your family members,to include, medical, dental, vision and time off401K matching program for eligible associatesDiscounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you your family members

As Area Managing Director, through your strategic yet tactical approach,you will inspire the team to excellence. With oversight over both HiltonDenver Inverness and Homewood Suites Denver Tech, you will build and developkey relationships with all stakeholders in both hotels. You are the creator ofstrategy and have the ability to drive results through empowerment,motivation and engagement.You will lead and guide communication meetings with hotel Executive teams andensure that all brand and company standards are being met. You will ensurethat all business objectives and hotel performance KPI's are communicatedand met.You will promote a positive work environment by ensuring the appropriatestaffing levels are in place, ensure a culture of continuous learning,recognition, mentoring and coaching. You will work with team members toresolve problems and communicate to ensure consistency and memorable guestservice, ensure strong positive communication flow amongst all associates.Does this sound like you?You are a motivator, a strategy creator and a hospitality executive bynature. You have successfully led multi-unit teams, preferably in a resortsetting. Through your 7+ years in a senior leadership role, you haveproven financial and business acumen and have many success stories surroundingdeveloping individuals and creating high performing teams. Experience7 years: General Manager in full service hotel (required)
