　　The State of New Hampshire, Liquor Commission has a vacancy for a Part Time Liquor Licensure Specialist.

　　Summary:Complies with Title XIII laws, administrative rules, and procedures when investigating, integrating and formulating liquor license applications, supporting documents, and related fees for customers seeking to sell alcoholic beverages and tobacco. As a representative of the Division of Enforcement and Licensing, follows standard operation procedures to ensure customers are provided information in relation to compliance with Title XIII Statute, NHSLC Administrative Rules, Town Regulations, and Federal Laws.

　　Responsibilities:Examines and interprets for Title XIII laws, rules, procedures, and compliance standards for all new, renewal, and modification license applications and supporting documents made to the Liquor Commission to sell alcohol and tobacco.

　　Serves as the primary contact and an official representative of the agency for license inquires. Provides exceptional customer service, including articulating and expressing solutions, explaining process and procedure, and determining proper licensing with regards to Title XIII laws and administrative rules to agency employees, licensees, and citizens of the state to enhance customer relations, as well as the NH Liquor Commission and the State of New Hampshires reputation.
