  Our client, a very stable and growing company headquartered in Dayton is seeking a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner! The HR Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR including but not limited to full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration/open enrollments,

  General Responsibilities:

  Educate employees such that they follow all policies and procedures

  Manages the full-cycle recruiting process for internal and external postings and candidates. Partners with management to ensure top talent is attracted for positions in all levels of the organization.

  Conduct reference checks, employee orientations, conduct employment authorization verifications, arrange pre-employment drug screens, etc...

  Manage the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

  Provides Benefits Administration for a full suite of employee benefits including but not limited to health, dental, vision, employee assistance programs, supplemental insurance, COBRA, FMLA, STD, and 401(K)

  Leads the Open Enrollment process including internal marketing, timely communication and leads employee enrollment meetings.

  Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers

  Define recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws

  Put in place management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

  Requirements

  Requirements:

  AS Degree in related field preferred

  PHR and or SPHR certification a plus

  3+ years related human resources experience (full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, policies/procedures etc…) required

  Exceptional interpersonal skills

  Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems
