　　We are seeking a talented Area Facilities Coordinator to join our team in one of our Mid-Atlantic (DE or PA) Offices.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee/schedule facilities contractors or coordinate with landlords as required by our leases, including but not limited to janitorial, grounds, electrical, plumbing, waste removal, HVAC, pest control, fire system, security systems

　　Oversee/maintain fleet, including maintenance, repairs, towing, supplies, purchase/sales, EZ pass maintenance & tracking, inspection and registration tracking, violation processing, title maintenance, etc.

　　Lease/renewal coordination with the landlord, including space planning & Upgrades/fit-out coordination, keys/access, including maintaining our Brivo access system, maintenance/repairs, etc.

　　General maintenance and repairs (changing lightbulbs, fixing toilets, changing batteries, doors/locks, workspace setup, and repairing bulk recycling (bulbs, batteries, ballasts, etc.)

　　General supply maintenance

　　Storage space cleanups (equipment rooms, garage, labs, outdoor storage)

　　Event planning and execution

　　Qualifications:

　　Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　5-10 years of comparable experience with managing facilities

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

　　Must be able to climb/lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, including bending and twisting

　　Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to offices in PA, NJ, DE, MD, and VA as needed
