Job Summary
This position communicates with all levels of management, responds to department inquiries, and assists with the development and administration of internal systems. He/She prepares reports and performs general administrative and office support activities for supervisors and managers.
The primary function of the Area Support Coordinator is to provide superior customer service to prospects inquiring into The UPS Store franchise opportunity. Manage high-volume incoming and outbound calls to franchise sales leads and applicants.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
At least one year of general office experience
